When booking rooms through the personal account on the hotel's official website, Loyalty Program Members gain access to exclusive private rates and special offers.

The membership card is linked to the Guest's phone number and is cumulative; upon reaching the next status, next-level benefits become available to the guest.

Each program participant creates their own personal account on our official website. You can track your loyalty level and booking history in your personal account.

Status Rubles are accumulated only when booking on the official websites of the chain's hotels at public rates.

Members can check their current status "account" balance, accumulated bonus points balance, and loyalty Card level in their personal account on the official website of any hotel in the chain.

Points are awarded for stays at the chain's hotels. On their next trip, Loyalty Program Members are entitled to use bonus points to pay from 5% to 20% of the total cost of their stay (1 point = 1 ruble), depending on their loyalty program status.
