Standard time:
- Check-in: from 15:00;
- Check-out: before 12:00.
Early check-in before 12:00
In order to arrive earlier than the standard time, you can select one of the options:

Guaranteed check-in at any time:
The room is reserved for you from the previous day. You pay the full cost of the day and can check in at any time (for example, immediately after 00:00). It is necessary to coordinate this possibility with the hotel in advance. -
Check-in whenever possible (without warranty):
If the room is available and ready for your arrival at the hotel.- from 00:00 to 06:59 — additional payment of 100% of the cost of the day.
- from 07:00 to 14:00 — an additional payment of 50% of the cost of the day.
Late check-out after 15:00
If you need to stay longer in your room :
- before 16:00 — additional payment of 50% of the cost of the day.
- after 16:00 — additional payment of 100% of the cost of the day.

Original documents are required for check-in.:

In case of absence of identification documents, a driver's license. -

The location of the hotel relative to the main attractions of the city?Response:
The hotel is located in the historical center of the city, literally under the walls of the Kazan Kremlin. The most famous sights of the city are within walking distance: the Kremlin Embankment, the Palace of Farmers.

Does the hotel have parking?Response:
Free parking
For the convenience of our guests, free spontaneous parking is provided from Baturina Street. The number of seats is limited. Please note that the hotel does not book and does not guarantee the availability of free parking spaces.
Paid parking
There are urban underground parking lots within walking distance from the Hotel, where you can park your car at 1 Fedoseevskaya Street (parking space costs 150 rubles/hour, 2000 rubles/day).There are also urban parking areas in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel. Weekdays: from 8:00 to 19:00 - 50 rubles/hour, on weekdays from 19:00 to 8:00 - free of charge, weekends and holidays are free of charge.
